The Premier Billfish Tournament
on the California Coast

For over five decades, the Channel Islands Billfish Tournament has brought together passionate anglers to compete in the rich waters surrounding California’s Channel Islands.

Two Divisions

Choose between our classic 3-Day Division or the extended 5-Day Division for more time on the water chasing billfish.

Kick-Off Dinner

Friday, September 18 — Join fellow captains and crew for the official tournament kick-off dinner and captain’s meeting.

Awards Banquet

Celebrate the winners and enjoy the camaraderie at the conclusion of fishing with our traditional awards banquet.

The Tournament will be conducted under CIBT rules.

All participants enter at their own risk. This tournament, its officers, and agents, do not warrant the fitness of any boat entered in any way, nor does this tournament endorse or recommend or vouch for the safety of any boat, captain, or crew.

Further, all participants expressly by their entry in this tournament, release this tournament and its officers and agents from any liabilities or loss for libel, slander, damage, negligence, or injury suffered by any entrant or participant or any companion, member of crew, or guest.

Full rules and additional regulations will be provided upon registration and at the Captain’s Meeting on Friday, September 18.
